Yes, my beloved husband is turning 90 today, Sept. 13, eight and a half years after a stroke doctors considered unsurvivable.
A huge thank you to the sangha whose love and generous support has meant the world to us. You all have had a big part in keeping him alive, and home since 2020, Covid- safe and happy.
Today 9/12, Hal, one or our sons, one of his caregivers and I just played an hour-long game of Quirkle, a favorite and that he can play and strategize so well. I thank you too, for the enormous joy it has given me to still have him in my life, now 61 years together.
