Course Title: Angels in Earthsuits
A 9-Part Course on Demand with Aaron, channeled through Barbara Brodsky

Who are you, and why are you here in this incarnation? In this nine-part series, Aaron — a discarnate being speaking through Barbara Brodsky — guides us through a deep inquiry into the nature of the “earth suit” (our physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies) and the “angel,” the divine essence that wears it.

Through teaching, story, and three guided meditations woven throughout the series, Aaron explores how to recognize what is conditioned and impermanent within us, and how to open into the unconditioned heart of compassion and love that is our true nature. Along the way, the course draws on everyday stories — a frightened dog next door, weight-lifting for an injured shoulder, a man searching for his lost key — to illuminate how to meet fear, aggression, pain, and loss with an open heart rather than resistance.

The series moves from foundational teachings on self-identity (Classes 1–2), into guided practices of loving-kindness and compassion (Classes 3, 6), through working directly with life’s difficulties and darkness (Classes 4–5), and finally into the deeper questions of why we choose to incarnate and how to hold both relative and ultimate reality at once (Classes 7–8), closing with a guided practice of equanimity (Class 9).

A profound and accessible path of spiritual inquiry, suited to both new and experienced meditators.
