Aaron (speaking to me) July 11: Many of you have been living your lives from a contracted state due to all that’s going on in the world. With contraction there’s a lot more friction. Nothing moves smoothly through you. Your energy is blocked. Everything becomes much more effort. Yet, “efforting” to unblock energy is also contraction. When you are present with your heart open, you may be tired, or sleepy, but there’s a spaciousness and your energy is flowing. Please check in with yourselves for a minute and see how much friction there is, how much flow there is. If you find contraction and friction, what impedes the flow? What will support the flow? We’re here to remember that you are already awake and how to live that awakeness. You can’t do that from a place where you’re shut down. You also can’t say, “I won’t shut down”; that’s just more friction. What best invites spaciousness and ease?
From end of blog 4: Aaron: I am Aaron. Precisely. The way we draw them into the heart of love is simply to bring forth this awareness. When we note both the contraction and the uncontracted and no longer get caught up in the stories of the contracted, the contracted releases leaving only the uncontracted. If you feel there is a clearer articulation, I am happy to change it. But I have tried to not abandon normal, human articulation, but rather to expand your interpretation of that articulation.
To draw negativity into the heart of love means to me simply to not contract around it but to know it for what it is. Then you cease to give it energy, and it will dissolve.
Continuing from the Nonduality transcript of 1995:
Within every religious tradition that I have ever encountered in any incarnation, this schism exists. There are those who will distort the teachings of any tradition into a statement of the dual nature of the universe and will state that “evil” must be destroyed. There are those who will focus on the non-dual nature and simply understand that darkness must be invited into the light.
It seems to me that this schism reflects an individual bias, a psychological bias perhaps. It reflects a lack of maturity (and I do not say that as judgment) . Every religion attracts both old and younger beings. Younger beings are simply more fearful and less able to be responsible due to the power of their fear.
Some distorted teachings that Barbara recently read about Kabbalah are not true Kabbalah any more than what is labeled as a fundamentalist Christian bias is the essence of Christ’s teaching. Nevertheless, because these teachings are ancient, where fear has been present, fear’s bias and the concept of dualistic God and dualistic relationship between unconditioned and conditioned has profoundly influenced your Earth.
We move backwards historically to Ariel’s story of the origins of negativity on Earth . Those guardian angels of Earth were highly positively-polarized and mature beings. Yet we see that they carried within themselves the seeds of this schism. The one whom you call Lucifer or “fallen angel” had entered into the bias that negative energy was to be destroyed. While others who did not “fall” noted the arisings of their anxiety around the extra-terrestrial probing of Earth, they made space for that anxiety, not seeing it as dual, not needing to be rid of it. The archangel whom you call Lucifer judged itself for those arisings, needed to be rid of those negative arisings in itself and thereby thought it needed to be rid of negativity in the universe through the exploration of that negativity.

Aaron: What comes next is a bit of ancient history. All of this is already available in transcript form so I’m going to summarize, and if you wish more detail we will be glad to make a transcript available.
There have been many different kinds of civilizations on many different kinds of physical and non-material planes. The earth plane provided the first opportunity in the universe where all four bodies were expressed together. The foundation of the earth plane literally is love. There were deeply loving beings who have become known in your myth as the guardian angels of earth, very highly developed, evolved beings who gave of their energy and became literally the foundation of the earth plane. Different religions give them different names, but the underlying beings are the same. The whole myth of creation really springs from the willingness of these beings to be the foundation out of which earth—the earth itself and all that grows upon the earth—evolved.
In the old transcripts of which I spoke, the story has been told in detail of how there was no fear on earth, then how one of these guardian angels began to be protective of that which it had helped to co-create. There were two laws that governed the earth: one, a nonintervention policy, and second, that beings must be left to their own free will. Nonintervention means nothing can approach the earth but through human form. For example, I certainly have the ability to appear here in the middle of the room, but that would violate this nonintervention policy. My thoughts must be filtered through the human, through this dear instrument. Free will means each being must choose for itself and is responsible for its choices.
Since all beings have free will, however, they also have the free will to break this nonintervention policy. Beings of some negative persuasion were attracted to the earth. It is a primary piece of real estate, in galactic terms. Those who would guard the earth and maintain the nonintervention policy cannot maintain it in violation of the free will of a being who would intervene. Here, fear arose in one of the guardians, and an idea that they must protect the earth plane. The situation was the equivalent of a parent whose child picks up somewhat questionable playmates. Does the parent say, “No, you may not play with them,” or does the parent trust the child to use this as a learning situation, to begin more deeply to differentiate positivity from negativity, love from hatred?
The guardian angel who did not trust moved into a distortion of protection, in violation of free will choice. This one thus introduced the vibration of fear to the earth plane. But remember that his motivation was one of love, however distorted that love became as it was influenced by fear. So, we could say that fear was a distortion of love, one which grew out of love, as it always does.
These guardian angels were of differing opinions. Some of them felt that humans needed to be protected against the negative influences. One thing they were able to do was create a force field of positive polarity around the earth. Negative polarity has free will to come to earth despite the nonintervention policy, but positive polarity has free will to create such a force field of positivity. Negative polarity is repelled by positive polarity. Thus, what approached the earth was not highly negative at that point in your history but more neutral with a slight negative slant. Humans did not learn fear from that negativity which approached the earth. Humans learned fear from the guardian angel itself, the one who moved into the negative stance of fear, based on its love for the earth plane and that which dwelled upon it.
If negativity is non-dual with positivity, you cannot be rid of one without being rid of the other. Lucifer became so entrapped that it needed to investigate the nature of negativity at ever-greater depths. To some degree what it does is merely to continue this investigation to see if it can find a place where negativity finally is separate from positivity and may then be extended far enough out that it over-balances and becomes more powerful than positivity. Of course, this cannot be so, but the exploration does lead to great suffering.
This is the foundation upon which every earth religious system has drawn. I would especially like to explore in depth with you what this has meant to the Jewish, Christian and Buddhist traditions. In exploring it in the Buddhist tradition, we will be led into exploration of what this instrument considers the fear-based side of Buddhism, of which in prior lives it has contributed a part. We will also need deeply to penetrate the dependent origination teachings to understand how the insights therein finally transcend this schism, and the immensity of this contribution, that there is at last a path in which the schism does not exist.
Today July 13, from Barbara; There have been hundreds of pages of conversations on this topic with Aaron. Some are in the ”Floating Non-Duality” transcripts. Others are elsewhere. What does it mean to my daily life? Most important is that I’ve learned, when there’s strong negativity expressing as fear, anger, grasping and such emotions, to recognize, “this emotion or thought has arisen. How am I relating to it? Can I be present with an open heart? Can I hold myself with compassion that this energy has arisen, that the seeds of this emotion are not fully resolved?” Sometimes I can do so; sometimes not. I do sometimes get caught, though for shorter periods of time.
It was interesting that as I tried to gather the transcripts and type my reflections yesterday July 12, the internet kept crashing, as it has since my electric power was restored 4 days ago. I kept losing what I was typing and losing track of the source of the “floating nonduality” material. Finally I put it aside and went out to the lake for a swim. Ahhh. Tana reminds me the deadlines are flexible. If this reaches you on a Friday (as it will), not a Thursday, there is no problem!

This is a profound and beautiful teaching from Spirit. I’m not going to add words from the Floating Nonduality transcript next week, but will give us a week’s space to consider “what catches me in negative thought or action? What releases it?
