Description
Considering the challenges and chaos that are rampant in our world today, it is important that we find our still center. The ability to relate skillfully to what is happening in the world grows out of our dharma and meditation practice. We find the tools to be able to navigate the storm with wisdom and an open heart.
From a base of Noble Silence and using Vipassana meditation, Pure Awareness and the Brahma Vihara practices of the loving heart, the retreat will include instruction in sitting and walking meditation, Dharma talks and optional question/answer periods, small group meetings, and chanting. Weather permitting, some instruction and sitting periods will be held on the lakeshore lawn and docks.
