Description
The class period will be a mixture of meditation instruction and exploring together. Each class will include a talk from Aaron, time for questions and answers, and related meditation instruction and practice. Together, we remember that which is already awake and the practices that support resting in awakened presence in the midst of the turmoil of daily life.
