Description
The class will include a talk or instructions from Aaron and Barbara, Vipassana, Pure Awareness, and other meditation instructions from John, meditation time, and some time for sharing and questions in large groups. Small group participation is encouraged. These small groups are recommended but optional and will meet separately from class time.
Our 2023-24 class focuses on “Living our Practice with Awareness and an Open Heart.”
Aaron defines this as: Living our practice as committed to bringing more light and love into the world, raising the vibration of the earth. Living our practice in terms of reducing our own levels of stress and fear, and tension. Living our practice in terms of responding lovingly to the world around us, but with a clear, compassionate “no” when needed. Ever more stable living from the bridge.
Our class will also be considering special focus areas, many of which will be touched upon in the optional one-day workshops offered through the year, with topics such as “evolution of consciousness,” “living nonduality,” ‘Divine masculine and feminine,” and more. In class, we can go deeper, making these topics alive within our practice. We will move with the flow of student interest, thus the overall title Serendipity, but the foundation remains as “Living our practice with awareness and an open heart.”
